Good news! The delivery of our bikes is free within the European Union because we are a European manufacturer! You only pay the shipping costs if you only buy accessories. In this case it is 20 euros.(Due to the increased cost of postage)
Unfortunately it is not possible to change your order. Please cancel your order and place a new order. Thank you.
At our factory near Warsaw, we have trained staff and sufficient resources, so we can ship your order within 1-6 business days!

Normally the delivery time within the European Union is less than 1 week. Delivery time may depend on delivery location, weather and other factors beyond our control. Please wait patiently.
Wipe the bike frame with a damp cloth. You can also add a mild detergent. Then dry the bike with a dry cloth.
Jobobike bikes are waterproof, but if you want to rinse the bike with water, first remove the battery from the frame.
You can return your bike within 14 days of receipt. You only pay the shipping costs. We will refund your money within 24 hours after receiving the bike.
