You can pay by credit card, cash, traditional bank transfer, fast online bank transfer or BLIK. We also allow installment payments.

We offer a two-year guarantee on JOBOBIKE products. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Good news! Delivery of our bikes is free within the European Union because we are a European manufacturer! You only pay shipping costs if you only purchase accessories. In this case it is 20 euros.（Due to the increased postage costs）
Unfortunately it is not possible to change your order. Please cancel your order and place a new order. Thank you.
At our factory near Warsaw, we have trained staff and sufficient resources, so we can ship your order within 1-6 business days!

You can return your bike within 14 days of receipt. You only pay the shipping costs. We will refund your money within 24 hours of receiving the bike.
