Shipping and delivery

Every JOBOBIKE e-bike order is delivered in a package with components including a battery and assembly tools.

1. Shipping time

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times

Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Please note that the shipping time is affected and delayed by the epidemic of COVID-19.

*Order processing time 1-3 days

*Estimated delivery time is approximately 3-7 working days in the EU.

If your order consists of multiple products, the estimated delivery time depends on the product that takes the longest. We do not separate orders, nor do we separate combined products and ship them before the estimated shipping time. If you would like to receive the products individually as soon as they are available, please order them separately.

2. Shipping fees

Within the EU, delivery is free for orders over 1000€; for orders under 1000€ a shipping fee of 20€ will be charged.（Due to the increased postage costs）

3. Shipping instructions

When placing an order, please ensure you provide the correct name, address and contact information so that we can successfully deliver your items. We recommend that you reconfirm your delivery information before paying.
