Shipping and delivery

Every order for a JOBOBIKE e-bike is delivered in a package with components including a battery and assembly tools.

1. Shipping time

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times

Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Please note that the shipping time will be affected and delayed by the epidemic of COVID-19.

*Order processing time 1-3 days

*Estimated delivery time is approximately 3-7 business days in the EU.

If your order consists of several products, the estimated delivery time depends on the product that takes the longest. We do not separate orders, nor do we separate combo products and ship them before the estimated shipping time. If you would like to receive the products individually as soon as they become available, please order them separately.

2.Shipping Fees

Within the EU, delivery is free from an order value of 1000€, with an order value of less than 1000€ a shipping fee of 20€ will be charged.（Due to the increased postage costs）

3.Shipping Instructions

When you place an order, please ensure you provide the correct name, address and contact information so that we can successfully deliver your items. We recommend that you reconfirm your delivery information before paying.
