If you have technical problems with the bike, please describe the problem on the available complaint form.
We will process each report within 48 hours of its receipt. If the defect is not a major defect (e.g. replacing a part) and you can fix it yourself, we will send you the relevant part and give you replacement instructions over the telephone. However, if the defect requires professional repair, we can help you find a local bike repair shop, or you can use a reputable bike repair shop to avoid returning your bike and the associated costs.
Note: Before making a repair on the website, please send us a preliminary repair estimate.
