JOBOBIKE offers a two-year warranty on all sold e-bikes. With Extended Warranty, you can benefit even longer after the two years have expired. Please refer to the After-Sales Regulations for details on which parts are specifically affected.
The extension of the guarantee can be requested at the time of purchase or 1 month before the end of the guarantee period. The third year is €200/year and the fourth year is €300/year. The extension of the guarantee is limited to electrical components (fitting, controller, motor, battery, charger). From the fifth year onwards, JOBOBIKE no longer offers an extension of the guarantee.
If you decide to extend the warranty, you must provide JOBOBIKE with your frame number, which we will keep.
